Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $120 in the U.S. (after any promotions or taxes have been applied to an order). 

• Domestic Orders
• Please allow 2-4 business days for processing on all orders
• Ground Shipping delivers in 5 to 8 business days
• Expedited 2-Day Air shipping delivers in 2 business days
• If your order pertains any pre-order items (see product description), all items in your order will ship together once available.

• International Orders
• Please allow 2-4 business days for processing on all orders
• We currently ship to the following countries: U.S., Canada, U.K., France, Sweden, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, & Australia
• Delivery in 8-20 business days depending on the geo location
• International packages may be subject to additional duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities and are non-refundable on our behalf. Please check in with your local carrier office for more details 

Return Policy

All of our products come with "The Most Complimented Thing You Own" Guarantee or your money back! We are confident you'll love your order. :) We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In the same condition that you received it,

- Unworn or unused,

- If your item came with tags, product must be returned with tag

- In it's original packaging.

- You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1) The link will direct you to a login page. 

2) Enter the same email previously used at checkout. You will then be sent a code. 

3) Enter this code. 

4) Upon entering code, you will be directed to your customer account where all previous orders will show. 

5) Click on the item you'd like to return & proceed as directed. 

If your return is accepted, we will process your return and refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned including: sale items, discounted items, stickers.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
